Now, payment status can be checked for "Pending Confirmation" cases. For this, login to Kerala Flood Cess portal, go to "Payment History" and click "Check status/Verify Payment" button. In case the payment history shows "payment failed" status and the amount is debited from the Bank, please report the case to the mail "gstinfo.ctd@kerala.gov.in". Do not try for "RETRY PAYMENT".
